Due to our continued growth, **Ventia **are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced **Workover Crews** to join our Rig & Wells contract. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, we are looking to fill a range of roles, primarily **Rig Managers**, **Drillers**, **Derrickhands**, and **Lead Floorhands** with the relevant qualifications.These positions will be on our 2:2 lifestyle roster and see you based on Barrow Island, with flights provided from your closet capital city.**Benefits**:

**General Requirements**:
- C Class Driver’s Licence - Must be manual
- Certificate II, III or IV in Onshore Oil/Gas Drilling Operations
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Work Over Operations within Australia
- A high regard and positive attitude towards safety and teamwork

**Role Specific Requirements**:
Rig Manager- Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control Certificate
- Driller- Valid IWCF Level 3 Well Control Certificate
- Experience with racking back in Rod Board & Monkey Board
- Derrickhand- Valid IWCF Level 2 Well Control Certificate
- Experience with racking back in Rod Board & Monkey Board
- Experience with Operation of triplex mud pump & tank operations

Lead Floorhand- High Risk Work Licence with Non-Slewing Crane
- HR Truck Licence
