**Job description**

We currently have a vacancy for a barista/all rounder at our Spotswood store (full time/ part time/ casual role considered).
- Role will be rostered over 6 days (Monday to Saturday), 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, however flexibility as to days/ times may be available;
- Opportunities for leadership/management in a growing organisation;
- Regular training with Allpress Coffee.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and looking for a challenge in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal applicant for this position will show the following;
- Committed to providing the best customer service;
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Previous experience, including the ability to dial in the coffee machine and adjust grinder settings;
- A high standard of personal presentation;
- Have experience making a range of coffees/drinks;
- Be able to prepare a range of deli rolls;
- The ability to complete daily opening and closing of coffee machine; and
- Have full working rights and flexible availability.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.46 - $35.00 per hour
