The Drop Café is on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team. If you’re passionate about great coffee, thrive in a busy environment, and love providing excellent service, we’d love to meet you.

**What We Offer**:

- Award rates up to $34 per hour on weekends

- Full-time or part-time hours (20-38 hours per week)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Availability on **Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in a high-volume café or restaurant
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- A true all-rounder with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
