**Position Descriptor**:
Staff use the high-quality teaching and learning cycle (know your learners, know your practice, and know your impact) and the thriving learners framework to achieve Success for All. Differentiation occurs through planning, pedagogy, and assessment. Staff use explicit strategies to check for understanding and seek and respond to student feedback to improve their pedagogical practice. Teachers plan and collaborate in teaching teams to implement PBL strategies and restorative practices. All grove teachers deliver the pastoral care curriculum (Program ID) as part of developing thriving learners.

Levels to be taught range from Years 7 - 12, including General Dance, Special Entry Dance and SACE Dance.

A variety of genres are taught across these programs. Essential teaching includes Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary and Ballet. Additional genres such as Musical Theatre, Tap and Hip Hop an advantage.- Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.**Site**:
