An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Casual Barista / All Rounder Catering Assistant to join one of the fastest growing catering companies in Australia. At our private school located in Marion, you will have the opportunity to provide efficient, hands-on catering services in our cafe, dining room and kitchen - all within a state-of-the-art modern facility.

**Description**:
**Roster**: Up to Five days over Seven
- You will have availability to work Monday thru Friday and weekends

**What This Role Involves**:

- Barista Coffee service
- Serving meals to our customers
- Friendly customer service
- Washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining kitchen & dining areas
- Assisting with food preparation e.g. peeling/chopping vegetables, making sandwiches & salads
- Assisting with preparation and service of functions and conferences
- Maintaining food hygiene, security and safety practices
- Barista qualifications an advantage (Experience making barista coffee essential)
- Drivers License is essential
- South Australian Working with Children check
- Previous experience as a barista in a busy cafe environment
- Previous experience assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations and service
- Ability to organise work with other team members and take direction as part of a team
- Reliability and availability for various days and hours
- First class food safety practices
- Ability to comply with OH&S and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods
