- Ventia has recently been awarded a new Facility Management Contract to maintain and service 1,835 sites across Tasmania.- Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the **Workplace Services Supervisor** is to coordinate and manage all soft services that are delivered to TasWater sites.- This role will be based out of our offices in **Moonah**, **Tasmania** with the expectation that travel will be required at times.- Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Delivery of cleaning and other workplace services in accordance with the agreed scope and quality
- Management of cost control through the implementation of initiatives, quality management and contractor efficiencies
- Deliver customer satisfaction
- Compliance with contractual KPI’s
- Management, reporting and monitoring of financial performance against budget
- Planning of site events (Christmas, Religious Festivals and reduced activity periods)
- Contractor compliance to Ventia procedures and policies

**To be successful in this key role**:
You will have experience working in a similar role in managing maintenance soft services ideally over numerous sites.- You will also possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cost planning
- Excellent oral and written skills
- High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. Hold a current drivers licence- Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Preparing proposals
- Experience in the use of CAD and/or SAP**Diversity**
