**The Position**:
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for all aspects of employee payment processing including maintenance of employee details within Chris21 payroll systems, maintenance of employee personnel files, payroll processing, all legislative on-cost processing, reporting requirements and payment and end of year payment summary processing. Key responsibilities:
- Process end to end payrolls timely and accurately using Chris21 payroll systems
- Investigate and respond to payroll enquiries and adjustments in a timely manner
- Maintain and ensure accurate input of the clocking from time keeping system
- Setting up new employees accurately in the payroll system
- Assisting team members with checking of different pay runs, reports and calculations as required

**About you**:
- 3 years of payroll processing experience within a multisite business
- Must have recent experience using Chris21
- Experience with End-to-End payroll processing required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Full working rights in Australia
