We are looking for a fun and energetic person to lead our team at Sunshine Plaza Happy Dough is a Gluten-Free, Vegan Friendly dessert store that offers allergy inclusive dessert options to those who usually miss out. We are an energetic team who aim to meet the needs of all our customers and make every interaction special.

**Location**:

- **Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore**

Those interested in the role will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to practice good time management and have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role Those successful in the role will have the ability to work independently and within a team setting. You will be managing a team of 6 - building morale, developing relationships and encouraging good performance.

- Leadership Skills and Ability to drive performance and energy in teams.
- Knowledge in food handling and cleanliness.
- Ability to order stock and organise store.
- Creation of rosters and timesheets.
- Hiring and interviewing experience.
- Ability to train new team members with an encouraging and supportive approach.

**Availability**:
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
