Our team is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience, and we're looking for a Head Barista who shares our passion for coffee and customer service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the barista team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service standards.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers with precision and consistency.
- Train new barista staff members on coffee preparation techniques, customer service standards, and cafe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cafe's coffee offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe or coffee shop.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Barista certification or relevant training is preferred.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
