**Clinical Care Manager | Full Time | Camberwell | 60 Bed home**
We currently have a vacancy for a Clinical Care Manager to join our vibrant team on a full time basis at our Regis Shenley Manor home.
This position reports directly to our General Manager. Our team will welcome and support your journey with Regis.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the clinical, allied health, therapy and lifestyle services.
- Promote, encourage, and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee all scheduled audits and clinical indicators are completed in line with the schedule.
- Ensuring residents Health records and clinical documentation is relevant.
- Ensuring that best practice guidelines with medications management is observed and regularly monitored.
**About you**
**As a collaborative and senior member of the Operations leadership team, with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you’ll have**:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge and experience OR qualification in Gerontic nursing.
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to ACFI.
- Ability to lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
