Our team values safety, innovation, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining the integrity of the work we do. We are seeking **Preservation Supervisors** to lead our efforts in managing and overseeing preservation projects both locally and remotely (FIFO) in Western Australia.

**Position**:
As a Preservation Supervisor you will oversee day-to-day operations of preservation projects, ensuring work is completed in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner. You will lead a team of preservation specialists, provide guidance and ensure all projects align with regulatory requirements and organisational standards. Your expertise will be key in maintaining the integrity and success of the project.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, support and direct a small team of preservation technicians.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of preservation activities as per Preservation Best Practice Guidelines and our Onsite Operations Procedure.
- Lead by example and foster a strong safety culture within your team. The safety of our people is paramount
- Conduct quality control and assurance checks to maintain high standards.
- Review preservation strategies and recommend improvements.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, timelines, and expenditures.
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise during preservation activities.

**Qualifications and proven experience**:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification or Mechanical Engineering Degree or proven equivalent experience is essential.
- A comprehensive understanding of Mechanical, Rotating, Electrical and Instrumentation equipment such as; turbines, compressors, pumps, engines, generators, gearboxes etc.
- Knowledge of Cortec VpCI’s products and preservation best practices is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS standards is essential.
- Proven experience supervising teams and understanding the lifecycle of projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure.
