**About the role at ReadyTech**

We’re looking for a Compliance Product Manager to join the ReadyTech Education business. In this role, you will ensure that our student management systems continue to deliver timely industry-leading compliance solutions for our clients - from Vocational Education Training (VET) to Higher Education providers.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

**Strengths**
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
