**About you**

To be successful you will:

- Provide best-practice advice / consulting services on creating and maintaining websites that support South Australian Government standards that cover user experience, branding, content, development, and accessibility.
- Maintain the integrity of the Government Website Services platform ecosystem and developed components, which includes maintaining standards, processes, and production environment; manage all domain names; developing/updating new components, training materials, and undertaking periodic review and audit of systems to streamline services.
- System administration and support of the SAGOV Website Design System production and development.
- Lead training and creation / updating of training materials to website editors and key stakeholders from across government, including documentation, showcase and create guides for new and existing developed modules and components.
- Participate in shared on-call support for all clientele, including triaging and troubleshooting issues as they arise within Government Website Services.
- Research, guide and assist the implementation of third-party tools that can be integrated with the web platform and manage and assist to maintain all overrides and exemptions to the system.
- Oversee and provide technical advice on security, integrity and consistent availability of all web infrastructure to meet whole of government standards and principles, including managing routine and ad-hoc investigations, audits, penetration, and load testing to identify and address complex security issues.
- Inform, coach, and develop South Australian Government employees to develop skills and knowledge in online accessibility, specifically working closely with key community organisations to ensure the SAGOV Design System aligns with the intent of the Disability Inclusion Act 2018 by aligning with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Manage change management for all administered platforms using ITIL standard practices or similar and maintain communications procedures.
