This is a **full time** Customer Service & Operations position in our Gordon store.

**In this role you will**:

- Actively manage customer returns, repairs and servicing, keeping our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensuring this is completed within required timeframes while providing outstanding customer service
- Raising and managing claims of returns to suppliers for credit or repair
- Run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required by the Proprietor
- Advise, serve, and assist customers with enquiries on technical Computer issues
- Actively be involved in the selling of computer products and services
- Be Health and Safety conscious

- The ability to think on your feet and manage your own workflow
- Great communication and interpersonal skills; understand the significance of confidentiality

- Approachable, down to earth and work well as a team member
