- Ensuring productivity is measured and benchmarked against industry best practice;
- Effective implementation of routine maintenance while prioritising break down repairs;
- Control of maintenance and workshop costs;
- Reviewing and reporting on performance with a focus on efficiency;
- People management through effective leadership;
- Relevant Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
- Proven experience with a range of CAT mobile earthmoving equipment including Scrapers, Dozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders and Excavators
- Construction white card
- Hold a valid C Class License (HR License is desirable)
- Have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace

**What you’ll do (but not limited to)**:
Reporting to the Project Manager on site you will be responsible for the day to day management of the maintenance crew. This role will oversee and contribute to the successful maintenance of our fleet on site including but not limited to Articulated & Rigid Trucks, Scrapers, Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders and light vehicles.
