**How will I help?**
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant to join the Mortgage Operations team based in Lockleys.
As a Team Assistant you will be a key member of the Mortgage Operations team, and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac’s vision and strategic priorities.
The Team Assistant contributes to this vision by providing professional administrative support and coordination to assigned team(s). This includes the efficient coordination of the office function including internal and external customer support and relationship management, expense management, travel administration, technology troubleshooting, general administration.
**Key accountabilities include but not limited to**:
- Provide an exceptional service experience for our internal and external customers by being a role model of Our Service Promise.
- Initiate and coordinate staff movements including documentation, technology set -up, transfers and separations
- Coordinate team meetings including agenda management, minute taking and booking of equipment
- Coordination of travel bookings, team events, training and conferencesPreparation of reports and presentation

**What do I need?**
- Strong track record of planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment working.
- Sound commercial acumen
- Proficient in MS Office Suite / Intermediate excel skillsPrevious team assistant/ administrative experience (desirable).
