**Salary**:$100,000+ per year + Super + paid leave entitlements (Negotiable: final salary negotiated based on long-term experience in a similar role)

**Days**:Mondays - Friday

**Hours**:9am -7pm

**Children**:22mo boy

**Start date**: ASAP (as soon as they find the right person).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Resident
- Australian Passport - Ready to travel
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles (long-term nanny work highly preferred).
- Drivers Licence
- Own car (preferred but not required)
- Police check
- 2 exceptional references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
Parents seeking a highly experienced and skilled nanny to work Monday to Friday with their nearly 2 year old boy. The main focus of the role will be managing the care of the child and child-related household duties. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of development in the early years. You must demonstrate skills/experience in providing well-structured and age-appropriate learning journeys.

It is essential that the nanny is willing and available to travel with the family from time to time and open to helping with some evenings and weekends. Requests will always be reasonable and additional hours will be negotiated but we are seeking someone who understands that this role requires flexibility.

When time allows, we are seeking someone proactive in the home with a willingness to help out with light household duties. This may result in managing some aspects of the family's life, running errands, light laundry, and meal prep. While there is no deep cleaning, the nanny is expected to maintain a tidy and organised environment.

We are seeking someone who is already living locally, and who has the intention to stay within the role long-term (2+years). This role will often work alongside other household staff so it's essential that you are capable and willing to work as a team.
