Job Summary: Renovations company, you will play a crucial role in supporting renovation projects by providing essential labor services. Your responsibilities will include performing various physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
General Labor:

- Perform a variety of manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.

Material Handling:

- Transport construction materials and tools to designated work areas.
- Organize and maintain an orderly storage of materials on the job site.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed.

Site Maintenance:

- Keep the construction site clean and free from debris.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

Team Support:

- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow the instructions of supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding work progress and potential issues.

Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the construction site.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report any safety hazards, accidents, or near misses immediately.

Physical Stamina:

- Display physical endurance and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that work is carried out with attention to detail and in accordance with project specifications.
- Report any quality concerns or defects to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.

Working Conditions:

- Work is primarily performed outdoors on construction sites.
- Exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
- May require extended hours and occasional weekend work to meet project deadlines.
