Seeking highly experienced Executive Assistant for a short term role within ACT Government (Health Directorate).

Position is available for approx. 1 month, may extend. Offering 2 days work from home, based Phillip (Woden area), Offering Pay rate of $55.89 to $59.16 Per hour + super.

This position is responsible for providing senior level support to a Group Executive Manager, which will involve all the typical EA duties in government setting i.e. organising mail (inbox), diary, travel, high level admin / correspondence and finance tasks.

This position is inline with an ASO5 within ACT Government, and is responsible for high level support. This is a short term role that is expecting to commence as soon as possible, therefore lengthy notice period will not be available for consideration.

To be considered, applicants will meet the following requirements:

- Experience in providing **high-level administrative and Executive Assistant support to a senior executive in a government environment**.
- **Sound judgement and the ability to manage sensitive matters** appropriately.
- **Strong attention to detail**.
