We are delighted to introduce the Women Up Front program in Tasmania, and we look forward to having you join us in the fast-paced world of bus driving

No prior experience as a bus driver is necessary. All you need is a valid car driver’s license and a positive mindset to apply.

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver program offers comprehensive training and support to help you become a confident, licensed bus driver.

**The program includes**:

- A welcoming and supportive work environment
- A comprehensive induction program featuring both classroom and on-road training
- Lessons to obtain a Medium Rigid (MR) licence
- Competitive pay throughout the training period

**We are looking for individuals who possess**:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- A valid Australian car driver's license (held for at least two years)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment functional test, drug and alcohol screening, as well as obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Vulnerable People’s Check.
- Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
