Are you ready to take your **leadership journey** to the next level? Join us at **East Butler** as an **OSHC Coordinator** and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children

This **permanent part-time**role offers **31 hours per week**, including non-contact admin hours, and provides a **fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills**. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

- ** 6:30-8:30am** (Rise then Shine)
- ** 2:50-6:00pm** (Stay and Play)
- ** Block shifts in the school holidays**(Holiday HQ program).

**About the Role - Lead Your Team to Success**

As an **OSHC Coordinator**, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging **before
- and after-school program** for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about **leadership**:

- You’ll create and lead a **dynamic, child-centered program**, filled with exciting activities like **STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts**—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s **roster**, manage **day-to-day operations**, ensure **compliance**, and handle **admin tasks**—all while fostering an environment of **teamwork** and **growth**.
- With **mentorship from regional managers** and support from a **dedicated office team**, you’ll have everything you need to **develop your leadership skills** and make a real impact.
