We are currently hiring for the role of Fixed Digital Speed Camera (FDSC) Support Officer to be based out of our Melbourne CBD office.
The role is a full-time role with the option of a hybrid work model.

**Role Key Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Extraction and loading of images from the digital cameras into databases.
- Incident log file analysis and reporting
- Reactivations and deactivations of camera sites and lanes
- Liaise with contractors when camera maintenance/test is performed.
- Perform prescribed maintenance testing.
- Ensure that the integrity of the production system is maintained throughout the maintenance and testing process.
In addition to this, the role is also responsible for several administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Collection of milk and fruit delivery
- Monitoring reception phone line via Teams
- Collection of mail from GPO and TCO drop off and collection.
**About You**:
You will be well-organised, flexible, pragmatic, and able to work in a diverse team as well as possess high level of confidence, drive and motivation.
- Strong skills in IT
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Knowledge of EROS 2, FDSC network, TCS operation and Evidence Management process will be highly regarded.
