- Coordinate and consolidate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders including sales, engineering, legal, finance, and product teams.
- Develop and maintain proposal plans, compliance matrices, schedules, and internal review cycles.
- Facilitate reviews and feedback sessions (e.g. Red Team, Gold Team) to refine and elevate proposal quality.
- Build and maintain a content library of reusable templates, boilerplate content, and case studies.
- Support regional sales teams with proposal tools, process guidance, and scalable best practices.
**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- 3-5+ years of direct experience in proposal development or bid writing, ideally within the defence, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of government and defence tendering frameworks (e.g. ASDEFCON, ITTs, global defence tender platforms).
- Excellent writing and editing skills—you’re confident crafting persuasive, well-structured content with mínimal oversight.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities—able to manage multiple concurrent submissions under tight timeframes.
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams, including technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
