**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance, the Performance Insights leader will be responsible for leading the reporting and performance function across Home & Energy, enabling agile commercial decision making to improve business performance.

**This could be just the right role for you**

The role is responsible for ensuring that insights delivered by the team are deep and actionable, uncovering the “why” (performance drivers) and not just the “what” (metrics). You will play an integral role in the delivery of strategic and operational metrics and dashboards that provide valuable insights into the drivers of business performance.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial or product role, responsible for managing business performance or developing performance reporting and analytics
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, data analytics, statistics, or STEM
- Exceptional communication, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using reporting visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in agile ways of working and sprint planning
- Highly developed Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Technical skills an advantage (e.g., proficiency in SQL, Tableau) as this role will involve coaching
