**The role
This newly created role will work collaboratively to deliver world class improvements for BIG W within store marketing communications. Putting the customer back at the heart of our decision-making, this role will create a compelling customer experience through both permanent and temporary point of sale materials, ticketing, events and a thorough understanding of customer journeys. You will plan and facilitate the execution of replenishment plans to support Big W events through aligning internal teams and ensuring suppliers are communicated key milestones.
- Develop an in store marketing strategy which delivers to brand and customer experience objectives, translating the brand and advertising efforts within the store environment.
- Provide expert advice to buying and replenishment teams to influence outcomes and best practice relating to service and inventory management to support key events.
- Create, coordinate and track replenishment event planning including chairing forums.
- Act as a central communication hub liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering great partnerships.
- Accurate and timely management of the replenishment timelines, processes, and communication protocols to achieve the best possible service level to stores.
- Identify and manage associated risk and delivery of supporting contingency plans, effectively communicating where appropriate.
- Manage discrete budgets.

**Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of E2E event plans in line with business requirements and planning milestones executed to agreed timelines.
- Outbound service level and CAM in line with agreed event measures
- Development and tracking of inventory and enacting plans to manage overstocks in stores and DCs.
- Tracking the completion rate of inputs (demand plans/stock builds) for event plans
- Ensuring complete alignment and stability of supply and store order plans with appropriate stakeholders.

**About You
**To be successful within this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills through written form, meetings as well as formal presentation settings.
- An excellent collaborator & influencer as this role requires a high degree of partnership
- Exposure to FMCG within Replenishment, Vendor Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement or Buying.
- Category, seasonal and event management experience including an understanding of the drivers/influences that impact sales.
- Able to clearly articulate objectives, align on milestones and track accordingly.
