Fight Parkinson’s is seeking an exceptional Fundraising Manager with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record in donor relationship development. In this pivotal role, you will lead and drive their fundraising strategy, focusing on diversifying revenue streams while fostering strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
You will manage a small team responsible for six key fundraising portfolios, including Gifts in Wills, Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations, Fundraising Events, Individual Giving, and Community Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic programs to secure major and mid-level donor gifts and bequests.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring personalised engagement and effective stewardship.
- Design and implement comprehensive donor journeys to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future growth of the organisation by driving revenue from existing and new fundraising initiatives.
- Lead a small team to inspire, motivate, and coach them to achieving fundraising targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in leading multi-channel fundraising portfolios.
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate major donor relationships and attract significant donations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of donor motivations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/donor databases, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make strategic recommendations.
