Bartender

We’re looking for an energetic, skilled bartender to join our team and help deliver the Mestizo magic. If you love crafting cocktails, engaging with guests, and working in a lively environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer service & order taking
- Mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing friendly, efficient bar service
- Managing bar setup, stock rotation, and cleanliness
- Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines
- Assisting with drink menu development and specials
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience & Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a busy venue
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- RSA certification (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Interest in Latin culture and flavours is a plus

Pay: $24.95 - $34.90 per hour
