**Riddell Gardens**, located in the leafy suburbs north-west of Melbourne, Riddell Gardens is in close proximity to natural reserves and parks. Nestled in and around a natural setting abundant with flora and fauna, Riddell Gardens in Sunbury has an atmosphere of traditional country charm.

**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent
- Dementia experience is desirable
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members

**_ The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen._**
