Ain (Assistant in Nursing)

As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and support to clients in aged care. Support workers and community workers are not accepted—only aged care experience will be considered."**_ **Key Responsibilities** - Assist clients with daily living activities including: - Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting) - Feeding and hydration - Mobility assistance and transfers - Provide emotional support and companionship - Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior - Assist with simple clinical tasks under supervision - Maintain a clean and safe environment - Follow care plans and document services delivered - Adhere to infection control and manual handling procedures **Requirements**: - Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance (or working towards) - Valid First Aid and CPR certification - National Police Check (current or ability to obtain) - NSW Working With Children Check (if required) - Availability for flexible shifts including weekends - Previous experience in aged care or community care is highly desirable **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $36.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift **Experience**: - Minimum 6 months Experience Required After the Placements Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: In person **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $36.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: In person **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $38.00 - $80.00 per hour Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required) Work Location: In person
