For more than 40 years, Shouz has built a solid reputation in Adelaide as a shoe boutique for women of all ages, showcasing stylish yet comfortable designs from leading global brands. We currently have four boutiques across Adelaide in Hyde Park, Norwood, Burnside and Mitcham. In keeping with Annette McInerney’s vision, we believe in hiring passionate and dedicated individuals with unique perspectives and an excellent work ethic.

We are now recruiting for CASUAL Sales Assistants to join the Shouz Team at our Burnside, Mitcham & Norwood stores for varying and flexible hours.

Applicants must:

- Have proven experience in Fashion Retail
- Have an interest and understanding of Ladies Fashion Footwear
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be able to pursue and achieve sales budgets
- Be a team player who is motivated and flexible
- Be available to work every weekend

Duties Include (but not limited to):

- Customer Service
- Merchandising
- Stock unpacking and distribution
- Lifting boxes and cartons of product
- Register operation/ cash handling
- Packing online orders and use of the control management system
- General administration
