**About the role**

Reporting to the Fitness Centre Manager, this role will assist the gym team, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour. This will include but not be limited to:

- Handle invoice processing efficiently and accurately
- Facilitate the registration of new members and maintain accurate records in excel or other relevant software.
- Support the planning and execution of fitness challenges and events.
- Collaborate with the gym team and provide support where necessary
- Ensure gym schedules, promotional materials, social media, and displays are current and well maintained.
- Oversee the regular stocktaking of gym items and supplies.
- Help always maintain a clean and organised gym environment.

**We’re looking for**:

- Currently enrolled for Certificate III and IV Group fitness and personal training.
- Current CPR/ AED/ Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Be able to work as an effective team member working with a diverse group of clients of all levels of fitness and interests
- Friendly, approachable person with a willingness to help
- Be open to evaluation; self, peer and supervisor as a means to develop your skills and abilities.
