**What You Need**:

- **High Risk Work Licence**: Advanced Riggers only. _(Intermediate may be considered based on experience)_
- **Certifications**: Current Working at Heights & Confined Space.
- **Experience**: Recent work experience as a Rigger.
- **Knowledge**: Steel erection, complex rigging situations
- **Safety Commitment**: A strong dedication to safe work practices.
