Level 1 Operator Day Shift - $32.81 Per Hour - Afternoon Shift - $36.75
- Level 2 Operator Day Shift - $33.59 Per Hour - Afternoon Shift - $37.62
- Level 3 Operator Day Shift - $35.65 Per Hour - Afternoon Shift - $39.93

Our Client is a leading supplier, for quality steel reinforcement products and services to the building and construction industry plus supply to major infrastructure, industrial and residential projects. You will be working with one of Australia's most prominent and well-established employers in the industry

Our National steel supplier requires two experienced Machine Operators on a day shift starting at 6.00am - 2.00pm, full-time hours plus overtime when required. The factory is located in Wetherill Park and due to the location and start time your own transport is preferred.

Afternoon Shift is 2.00pm - 10.00pm.

Ideally, you will have previous experience operating steel reinforcing machinery including cutting and bending machines.

**About the role**:

- Conducting pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before it is used.
- Previous experience operating MEP machinery would be highly regarded
- Experienced off coil & Robo Operators (Highly Regarded)
- Machine Programming - Includes relating to production tickets issued on the floor, including 90-degree angles, U bars, etc.
- Operating machinery including MEP, Schnell Robo master & Pedax cutters.
- Operating bending machines using a foot pedal and multiple bending pins.
- Reporting any faults to your Manager or Supervisor immediately
- Checking the tag(s) provided on the bundle(s) are correct before producing to ensure efficiencies & productivity.
- Ensuring all tags are scanned after the bundle(s), pallet(s), and bin(s) are loaded
- Operating all machines and using any relevant equipment in a safe manner as stated in the SOP.
- Operate overhead gantry crane to remove and load product on machinery when required.
- Reading and understanding the delivery preparation & load large/ longest bundles first when required.

**About you**:

- Previous Machine Operation experience
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours starting at 6am
- Ability to work in a heavy steel manufacturing environment safely
- Can start immediately
- Your experience will be paid in conjunction with your skill set.
