**All positions are 5 days per week**within the operating hours of 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-5:30pm Friday.

Our Metro East branches include** Healesville, Chirnside Park, Croydon, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Knox, Brandon Park, Camberwell, Box Hill & Glen Waverley.**

You will have a home branch however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our branches as listed below, therefore a valid licence and vehicle is essential. **Mileage paid**

**In this role, you will**
- Support our **Eastern**Metro branches** by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Work with your customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges and identify the most suitable products and services.
- Ensure your customers receive a seamless, consistent, and customised experience every step of the way
- Assist your customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
