**The Role**
- The role is casual and based in the Singleton NSW area.
- As a leading hand you will be directing, delegating and mentoring the team onsite to achieve site objectives/outcomes.
- Serving as a link between the onsite team and other leaders in the business.
- The role entails commercial cleaning of facilities (includes but not limited to, administration buildings, offices, crib rooms, amenities, bathhouses).
- The shifts will be Monday - Friday PM shifts.
- You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued.

**Skills and Experience**
- Supervising skills and experience in a commercial/industrial environment
- Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
- Current drivers' licence and must have own transport (Manual licence is preferred)
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong customer service skills
- The ability to organise workflow and ensure that all employees/ work teams understand their delegated tasks
- The expertise to continually monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and mentoring
- Strong decision and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
- Be able to provide 3 work related references
- Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. _**We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.**_

The following would be an advantage for this role;
- Cleaning / Labouring skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience of the safe use/handling and storage of cleaning equipment, products and consumables
- Knowledge of Chemical Handling and Safety
- Ability to carry out tool box talks, and inspections successfully and address any issues as needed

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
