**About the role**

We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Storeperson to support our warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance processes. you'll be an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone with warehouse experience who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

Soleil accelerates growth and improves profitability with sales, marketing, operations and strategic management expertise. We have completed two acquisitions to date : Loving Tan and Coco & Eve.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, record, and process incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy and care
- Operate forklifts and manual handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in quality control checks of production, marketing, and sample materials
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments
- Assist with regular stocktakes and maintain accurate stock records
- Use warehouse systems (WMS, Asana) for task management and tracking
- Train and support new warehouse staff or casual team members when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

**Requirements**:
The following skills, experience and traits are a MUST:

- Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience
- Current Forklift License and experience
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A great attitude & strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Excel, Asana
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks Sound knowledge of workplace health & safety standards
