We need a **Cellar Door Manager**:

- For **Revenue growth** of retail wine sales & c**ontinual improvement of wine experience.**

**Your Responsibilites**:
**Sales and Revenue growth**:

- Maximising sales at the cellar door through clear communication of targets and ongoing training and development of the cellar door team
- Ensuring consumer interactions are to a high enough standard to deliver positive word of mouth referrals
- Identifying opportunities to grow the wine led visitation to the venue
- The timely and effective distribution of information about venue marketing activities to all key staff
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of VIP, Media, and Trade visits driving visitation
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase database acquisition and club membership

**Wine experience**
- Ensuring the wine experience at cellar door supports the brand positioning and strategy
- Leading the cellar door team, delivering wine tasting experiences
- Building the wine knowledge and confidence of the broader casual team at.
- Ensuring delivery of wine tasting experiences at the tasting bar are to brand standards.
- Creating and ensuring consistent delivery of wine experiences, above and beyond the "tasting bar" guided tasting experiences (i.e. wine flights, wine events etc.)
- Engage with the leadership team in the identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement in wine experiences, consumer experiences and events

**Wine training and education**
- Delivering entry level wine training to all new staff members within the first 4 weeks of employment
- Organising and facilitating wine training programs across entry level to advance skill within the team
- Maintaining an engaging, approachable and fun approach to wine education and wine training.
