Marketing Assistant X Display Home Host

Join our team and enjoy the luxuries of our stunning 415 sqm2 Display Home in the beautiful Pelican Waters, Sunshine Coast whilst providing marketing support to our Front End/Admin departments.

Your main responsibilities x Display Host

*Hosting guests in our Immackulate Display Home

*Independently open & close the Display Home

*Managing our weekly display home report

*Display Home management & maintenance

*Reporting any issues to HQ

*Ensuring cleanliness & representability of DH (includes basic cleaning duties)

*Liaising with third party contractors to maintain the DH

*Be the first contact point for our Display Home guests and the initial lead generation point for the company.

*Provide great Customer Service & represent Immackulate Designer Homes in a way that aligns with the company goals/vision/mission statement.

*Answer basic questions about the display home and the company

*General reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager

*Support the company to achieve our collective business goals

Your main responsibilities x Marketing Assistant

*Create overarching Social Media content to align with the current social media and marketing strategies
- Select media from our gallery
- Write captions
- Create story content
- Create reels and tik tok esque video content
- Curate, schedule and manage our content calendar
- Monitor social media trends
- Support our marketing team with creative ideas and launch our business into emerging platforms if applicable
- Working collaboratively under the Sales and Business Development Manger to create new, fun, and engaging strategic directions for marketing and social media

You:

- Are creative
- Have advanced/specialised knowledge around online & social media marketing (qualifications via an institution [e.g. uni, tafe] are strongly preferred)
- Are tech savvy
- Have at least 2 years of experience utilising social media in a professional role (inclusive of university experience)
- Have a flair for copywriting with impeccable language and grammar skills

*Have an interest in design, aesthetics and luxury homes

*Have a keen eye for detail

*Have high levels of self-motivation and self-responsibility and easily follows through

*Work autonomously under strategic direction and work collaboratively with the entire IDH team

*Are a self-starter: you will take initiative to learn skills needed to accomplish a task

Construction, architecture and real estate knowledge a great plus, but not necessary. Job is located on the Sunshine Coast and includes fortnightly weekend work. Hours can be discussed and negotiated (as little as 2 days per fortnight and up to 7 days per week) as can a permanent part-time or permanent full-time position be negotiated after a probation period of 2 months. We are also open to hiring for a marketing internship position that will fulfil all above requirements and can provide you with course credit.

Please note that a degree in the above is not necessary to fulfil this role but qualifications, a degree or work experience (or a combination thereof) are strongly preferred. However, if you are creative, switched on, smart, energetic, and multifaceted with transferrable skills, you may be a great fit for our fun-loving, energetic and hardworking team
