We currently have two vacancies for a **Chaplain;**
- Permanent Part-time Chaplain based at our **Gwelup** aged care home 3 days per week (Wed, Thurs & Friday) 7.6 hours per day.
- Permanent Part-time Chaplain based at our **Beachside** aged care home in Yanchep 2 days per week (Thurs & Friday) 7.6 hours per day

Meeting the spiritual and pastoral care needs of our residents, families and employees is a core focus of this role.

**About you**
- A good understanding of pastoral care and spiritual care
- Ability to connect and demonstrate empathy for the aged
- Ability to engage in a collaborative approach to deliver whole person-centred care within a team setting
- Experience with palliative care and dementia preferred
- Theological qualifications or willingness to pursue theological training
- Good communication skills, with the ability to efficiently document and record
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of the Bethanie Group Inc
- Willing to obtain relevant vaccinations
