Prime Recruitment has available positions for **General Hand/Labourer** for our clients based in Hope Valley (Kwinana). They are an industry leader in the Manufacturing/Fabrication & Steel Distribution Industry.

**What is on offer**:

- Temp to Perm opportunities to offer the right individuals

- Evening shift role - 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm

**Duties in the workshop to be considered (but not limited to) are as follows**:

- Read/mark out measurements accordingly
- Handling of materials: offloading, loading, packaging or as directed
- Sanding, chiselling and grinding
- Loading materials onto trucks following safe operating procedures
- General housekeeping in the workshop and yard ensuring that it is always tidy and free from hazards and obstacles

**Skills and experience required**:

- Have knowledge of steel - _preferred but not essential_
- Current forklift ticket (LF) - _preferred but not essential_
- Ability to multitask
- Physically fit and enthusiastic
- Able to handle repetitive tasks comfortably

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience operating a range of hand and power tools such as grinders and drills
- Right to work in Australia
- Double vaccination is a minimum requirement
