This role will require you to carry out carpet cleaning, stain removal, floor care services, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane.

**About the Position**

We are looking for an ABN Contractor to join the team working in both residential and commercial environments. You will be responsible for:

- Cleaning and Sanitising - carpets, upholstery, tiles/grout, mattresses and leather furniture
- Flood recovery'¯- water extraction and mould remediation
- Carpet replacement - assisting the carpet layers to pull up and dispose of old carpet / underlay
- Maintenance of the company provided van to be washed and vacuumed at least once a week, kept neat and tidy at all times
- Care and maintenance of all carpet cleaning equipment and accessories.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is wanting to build a solid reputation in the industry, who is wanting to develop a loyal and repeat customer base throughout Gold Coast and Brisbane regions and someone who is willing to get in and get the job done.

Previous experience isn’t necessary - but of course is an advantage.

Apart from being physically fit, mature and reliable; you will also be:

- Able to work autonomously whilst following a schedule and instructions
- Flexible with last minute changes to schedules and client appointments
- An excellent problem solver and able to think outside the box to provide a solution to the client or to seek further guidance from the Directors
- Focused on sales and driving business growth
- Able to use CRMs and cloud-based technology (Payrix, Service M8 knowledge would be of benefit)
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator with both the client and the business
- Experienced with using general tools and machinery
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships

**What’s on offer**

You will be working with a team focused on personal and business success, provided with thorough on the job training and all work health and safety PPE.

A fully stocked van and mobile phone (to be parked at the business property over the weekend).

Approximately 30 hours per week, however, will increase as the business continues to grow. Payment for services will be works out of 33% per total cost of job
