Little Sutton Bakehouse is a well-known and well-loved local bakery, an easy 15min drive from the Canberra CBD. Located in Sutton NSW, the bakery supplies a small selection of top end cafes with sourdough bread and hand laminated pastries as well as our much loved local Sutton community. Everything is made from scratch and baled with love. We have a wide variety of long fermentation, high hydration sourdough bread, French viennoiserie including hand laminated croissants, danishes, pain au chocolat and pain au raisin. Little Sutton Bakehouse is also renowned for its handmade, artisan pies and sausage rolls.

The kitchen is well equipped and organised. There is plenty of work and storage space with top of the range, well maintained equipment to easily produce volume needed on a week to week basis.

This is a hands on roll and you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent.
- Start new products from scratch and calculate quantities with precision
- Strong experience with the moulding, shaping and baking of dough
- Strong expertise in the science and methods of making dough from scratch, hand moulding and running a production from start to finish.
- Be hard working and adaptable, open minded to new techniques and methods
- Well organised and consistent and be able to work with well within a team environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $89,999.00 per year
