Workfast has been engaged to deliver a** Construction Supervisor** role by a well-respected Civil head contractor who delivers **large scale civil and remediation projects** across demolition, asbestos removal remediation, and civil construction.

The organisation has extensive knowledge and expertise in everything from **civil earthworks to demolition** and is going from strength to strength, and they support their staff to do the same, allowing you to continue developing alongside highly experienced professionals within the industry.

You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a diverse range of projects up to the **_value of $20 million on the large scale packages. _**Hopefully your involvement and exposure to new and exciting works will keep you engaged and ensure you keep coming back Your involvement will be key to making sure these projects run smoothly, making you to feel like a valued member throughout all processes.

**Does your background suit the role?**
As the salary and duties might suggest, you’re going to need an understanding of **what’s involved** within the civil construction industry and have a passion for it. You’ll need proven experience in the managing **project delivery, including resourcing, site management, project scheduling, stakeholder management, strong focus on safety.** Holding a tertiary **qualification or trade certification** would also be a big help.

Ideally, you will be hungry to take a leadership role in driving the a positive site that delivers on project timelines and safety standards.

**_Day to day_** you’ll be running leading site operations, safety, environment, teams of staff and contractors, quality assurance, meaning a hands-on attitude would be desirable

On top of this being able to **build relationships** and engage positively with the clients and most importantly your own team is key.
