**Sign Maker / Print Production & Installation Specialist**

ASV Signage is looking for a talented and experienced **Sign Maker / Print Production & Installation Specialist** to join our team at our Villawood facility. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality workmanship across all areas of signage and print.

**What You’ll Do**

**Print & Production Work**
- Operate large-format printers, laser cutters, Summa cutters, and CNC routers.
- Produce custom signs, posters, vehicle graphics, shopfront signage, illuminated signs, business cards, brochures, and more.
- Monitor and maintain machines and consumables.

**Installation Responsibilities**
- Attend client sites to assess and confirm installation requirements.
- Safely transport and install a wide range of signage including vehicle wraps, freestanding signs, shopfronts, and more.
- Ensure accurate positioning and a clean, professional finish.
- Follow all safety protocols including working at heights or with lifting gear.

**Teamwork & Workflow**
- Collaborate closely with the design, sales, and project teams to deliver high-quality jobs on time.
- Monitor order workflow and proactively manage schedules.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organised.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least **3 years of experience** in a sign making, print production, or similar role.
- Skilled in using a variety of production tools: wide-format printers, vinyl/laser/Summa cutters, CNC routers, laminators, guillotines, etc.
- Strong knowledge of materials including vinyl, acrylic, paper stocks, timber, and metals.
- Confident in installing all types of signage on-site.
- Able to read and deliver on creative briefs with precision and attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple jobs under tight deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Full physical capability to handle lifting and installations.
- **Driver’s Licence (required)**.
- **White Card (preferred)**.
