Our client has been providing pool cleaning, servicing, equipment installation and repair services to the Sunshine Coast region for over thirty years They pride themselves on their experienced and passionate team always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Due to growth, they are excited to welcome a positive, customer - centric and experienced Retail Assistant to their team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, answering and redirecting phone calls, providing advice on equipment / products, chemical testing, processing sales and returns through POS, stocktake and ensuring a clean and enjoyable experience for all customers.
