The Role

We have number of Supervisor positions coming up over the next 4-6months, due to a large number of project wins including within Data Centres, commercial and healthcare in the (Whittlesea and Epping) and Western (Caroline Springs and Melton) areas of Melbourne and continual ramp of on site activities of existing projects. We have a strong pipeline of work that has been awarded that spans the next few years. The focus initially will be on our large scale commercial and mixed use development projects, with a likely shift to the healthcare or data centres over the next few years.

You will oversee and co-ordinate the daily operations of a worksite to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Skills Required:
- 5 + years experience within a supervisor position- Building background required- Commercial, mixed use development, healthcare or data centre experience preferred- Sound knowledge of building procedures and practices, building regulations and ability to read and interpret plans, permits and contracts.- High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.- High attention to detail, excellent Organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
