We're searching for an experienced, reliable and customer focused driver to join our team at Hagen's and deliver products/goods from our production facility to our stores, stockists and customers across Melbourne, Monday-Friday.

**About the role**

The position is a full-time role and offers great stability and enjoyable work with early morning starts.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Accurately, efficiently and safely loading goods as per invoices for delivery.
- Adhering to time and delivery route schedules; determining the best routes taking into consideration traffic congestion etc. and communicating and delays/issues with Dispatch as needed.
- Positively interact with our customers and clients, build relationships with them to provide any relevant information relating to their orders, including product/food knowledge and make their needs a priority.
- Complying with relevant road rules and safety requirements at all times.
- Ensuring the van is clean and presents our brand in the best possible light as well as bring to our attention any maintenance required on the vehicle.

**Who we’re looking for**

In addition, we’re looking for someone with the following qualities and experience:

- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Previous delivery experience driving vans/truck
- Extremely responsible, reliable and strong team player
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is also a bonus
- Excellent customer-service skills - loves interacting with people
- Energetic and diligent
- Well-presented
- Mature and responsible approach to their work
- Positive attitude
- Strong communicator and can build productive relationships with the wider Hagen’s team
