Cross Laminated Offsite Solutions (CLOS) is a timber construction business in Geelong, Victoria. We predominantly offer factory assembled 3-D modular buildings. Our company is expanding, and we are in the process of moving into a 16,000m2 factory that will see the installation of a production line for closed wall and cassette element manufacturing.

The factory automation strongly depends on the prior creation of BIM models to LOD 400. Our modelling is done using CADWORK. The software is focused on wood construction and includes export interfaces to all industry standard processing machines.

An opening currently exists for a BIM Modeller to join our growing team.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Avalon, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
