**THE ROLES**

We are currently seeking an **Experienced** **Landscaper/Leading Hand** to join the Small Projects sub-division of our Commercial Maintenance team working on residential construction projects across the Perth Metro area.

As an **Experienced** **Landscaper/Leading Hand** you will have at least 3 years of experience constructing small to medium residential landscape projects for a variety of clients and be able lead and mentor junior members of the team. A current driver's licence is required (preferably MR or HR).

**To be successful in this positions, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Hands on experience with a variety of softscape and hardscape installations and ancillaries
- Horticultural knowledge to ensure gardens will thrive after installation
- An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and clients
- A high level of attention to detail
- You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines
