**As a Systems Team Lead, here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Take the lead in guiding and mentoring our system engineers as they develop their skill sets and advance their careers.
- People management of Systems Engineers, including providing consistent feedback on performance and conducting reviews, with a desire to see your team grow and develop.
- Provide technical guidance and help guide team decisions.
- Implementing engineering processes and supporting the development of best practice.
- Perform Level 3 BAU support as required
- Participate in regular scheduled shifts on-call outside of business hours.

**As a Systems Team Lead, here’s what you’ll bring**:

- Prior experience as a Senior Systems Engineer and Lead
- A passion for sharing knowledge and helping others.
- Experience leading a team of system engineers while being directly responsible for people management.
- The capability to solve complex problems and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Capability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Experience on Hypervisor Hosts, SAN Systems and other Server Technologies such as Certificate Authorities, AD, RDS, Office 365, SQL and Exchange Servers and Systems (On-premise and Online)
- Strong experience administering and integrating a variety of SaaS-based systems in a corporate environment, such as Microsoft 365.
- Experience with configuration management, automation and tooling.
- Experience and knowledge in Azure & AWS
- Monitor, maintain and improve a variety of systems using best practice (security, testing and automation).

You will be required to work from our HQ in Coburg, Victoria, for your probationary period. After your probationary period is over, you will be able to work three days in the office and two days at home.
All our team members are required to obtain and maintain a valid Police Check and VIC Working with Children Check.
